Delivery and picture hanging

Picture hanging, from Hout Bay to Constantia

Framing is only half the job. We deliver your framed work and hang it for you, level, secure and without damage to your walls, so all you have to do is enjoy it.

How we hang

Level, flat and secure

Our experienced team makes sure your framed artwork arrives safely and is installed with precision: no mess, no damage to your walls, and perfectly aligned for a beautiful display.

We hang on two anchor points rather than string or wire, which puts strain on the corners. The frame sits flat against the wall and never leans or skews, the most common problem with picture hanging.

Martin Osner and Samantha Lee Osner also advise on placement, so a piece sits well in the room, in relation to the furniture, the light and the other art around it.

Where we hang

Across the valley and over the hills

We deliver and hang across Cape Town, and most often close to home, in the neighbourhoods a short drive from the workshop:

Larger projects, from a gallery wall at home to a whole guest house or office, we take on further afield too.

Homes and businesses

One frame, or hundreds

No job is too big or too small. We frame and install for homes, reception areas, boardrooms, hotels, bed and breakfasts and guest houses, keeping a cohesive look that suits your interior, whether you need a single signature frame or a whole building hung on time and within budget.

Questions

Picture hanging questions

To book, call 021 790 6494 or WhatsApp 083 472 1717.

Will you deliver and hang the work?

Yes. We deliver and hang across Cape Town, most often in Hout Bay, Llandudno, Camps Bay, Constantia and Noordhoek. We hang on two anchor points so the frame sits flat and level, without damage to your walls.

Why two anchor points and not a wire?

String or wire lets a frame tilt and lean, and pulls on the corners. Two fixed anchor points hold the frame flat against the wall and level, and keep the weight off the joins, so the frame stays true for years.

Can you hang work you did not frame?

Speak to us. We hang the work we frame and the art our clients buy from Osner Gallery, and we are happy to look at other pieces as part of a project.

Do you hang for businesses?

Yes. We frame and install for reception areas, boardrooms, hotels, bed and breakfasts and guest houses, and keep a consistent look across a whole building.
